Refund Policy

1. 48-Hour Guarantee

You have up to 48 hours from payment confirmation to request a full refund of your order, no reason required.

2. Condition for an automatic refund

Automatic refunds are available only if the project's DWG files and high-resolution images have not yet been downloaded. The PDF may be opened freely for review, this does not affect your eligibility.

3. How to request one

Use the refund-request link sent in your order confirmation email or shown on the order confirmation page. Requests are processed automatically, with no manual approval needed.

4. After the window or after files are downloaded

After 48 hours from purchase, or once the DWG/image files have been downloaded, an order is no longer eligible for an automatic refund. In these cases, please contact us, exceptional requests are reviewed individually.
