Behind STN Plans, there's no generic design team. There's a real architecture practice, with projects built across nine countries, and a community of over 350,000 people following every one of them.
STN Plans was born inside Mariana Esteves Arquitetura, after years of watching the same problem repeat itself: families with real taste and a real budget, losing months, sometimes years, to a process that never needed to be that slow.
The practice is led by two partners. Architect Mariana Esteves, whose work has been built in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala, the United States, Lebanon, Romania, Angola, and Morocco. And engineer Pedro Henrique, responsible for making sure every project leaves the page exactly as it was designed.
The result is simple: you get the same standard of architecture it took two decades to build, without waiting two years, or paying to build it from scratch.
